New Moon 🌒 who 'dis?

Published 13 days ago • 1 min read

Hi there, Reader —

It’s May, and spring is in full swing!

While we think of this as springtime in our world, in ancient times, the Celtic celebration was Beltane – this was the start of summer, halfway between the equinox and the solstice, with the summer solstice being “midsummer.” Either way, the ground is alive again and the sun is finally out!

This coming new moon in Taurus will help to ground us, bringing a visceral, physical and embodied energy to our lives. The earth is singing, the sky is blue and we’re in the middle of it all!

I invite you to join my New Moon Peace Meditation this coming Wednesdayand every month. We meet live at 06h00 and chant the Guru Ram Das, to ignite the light of peace, whatever that means for you, inside your heart or halfway around the world. All registrants receive the replay recording, so hit snooze if that’s what you really need most.

With summer starting to seep into my thoughts, I also would love to tell you more about the retreat I have planned with my dear friend and teacher Nadine Schwartz. On the New Moon in Cancer, this July 5 to 7, we are travelling to Lac Brome, Quebec for a weekend getaway to dive deep into Kundalini and Quantum Flow/Quantum Breath practices. These are powerful yogic technologies, helping you reach your highest potential — all while nestled in a 100 acre private wooded estate. For this New Moon Ascension Retreat, we’ll be staying at Conserve Cuisine and Events, which is a wonderfully aligned hosting organization promoting local cuisine and sustainability on the historic regional landscape.

If your curiosity is piqued, then please join myself and Nadine this Saturday at 11h30 — you have the option to come in-person or virtually — to sample the practice and learn more about everything we have planned for this July weekend getaway in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. It's a free class and information session, come get a feel for the vibe we are co-creating!

→ Come to Morpho Bleu and practice with us in-person, or

→ Join us virtually

The New Moon can be a powerful time to reflect and reset. While strictly speaking this “dark phase” of the moon doesn’t shine light onto our sleeping world, we see much more in the dark than we think. As the light all around us dims, our inner spark kindles and we are guided by our something higher.

Join me this Wednesday – and Saturday – and see what awakens from the darkness...

Lots of love,
Sara

PS: our retreat has an early bird price, but it flies away after May 15 🕊 so don’t overthink this one! Hop into our free session and decide if you’ll join.

Holy moly, Reader — Here we are! Today is a day you can mark off on your calendar. 📆 Day before the eclipse? Yes, and — Today, you’ll make a decision that moves you one step closer to calm, focus and peace. I want to help make that decision super simple for you. As I see it, you've got three options… 🟢 Option 1:“Ready” is your middle name. You know in your heart, soul and brain that you want a meditation practice — even if you already have one, you’re craving more. More meaning, more...

Hiya, Reader — Some of you mentioned to me that you tried to join The Imprint and you got an error when clicking the link. Can we blame Mercury Retrograde? Please, try again with this link instead. These times of year when, from our perspective here on earth, the planet Mercury appears to be moving in reverse from its usual trajectory can cause some of us a lot of stress. It’s actually a very good time to pause, slow down, be intentional. It’s in fact a lovely synchronicity that I’ve selected...

Hi, Reader — Today, a random snowstorm in Montreal. Monday, the solar eclipse. (Kobe home from school both days!) Eclipse energy can be unpredictable. It’s said, by my favourite astrologer and others, that eclipses often reveal what’s hidden. I find there are also many everyday ways to discover what seems to be concealed, or hard to access. We don’t have to wait another 20 years for a revelation! It’s funny because we discussed this a little bit last night, in my talk “Restarting routines and...
