Hi again, Reader —

Each season brings its own challenges! I often find myself feeling run down during these weather mood swings – sunny then snowy. My body, usually extremely resilient, handles these moments less well. All the same, I’m really excited for tonight’s free discussion about “restarting habits,” something I think about with every new season!

Everyone has a something they want to change, and struggle to. I'm certain you have a thing! For me, it’s almost never movement or eating healthy — but ask me to implement better email inbox hygiene? I fall off that horse on a pretty regular basis! Why do I find it so difficult to stick to a habit of organizing my inbox or the files on my hard drive!?

Whatever it is that you want to get into, or back to, there are strategies you can try to make these changes last! You have to find the ones that work for you, and — I'll say it — making that change in your life has to be important enough to you. You gotta want it, and you have to know why.

THIS. This is what we’ll talk about tonight on Zoom, I hope you’ll come along!

With a bit of energizing breath work to begin, we’ll look at how to choose what to change, how to plan out your world, to strategize implementing these new or returning habits, and then simply, how to begin taking action. We’ll finish up with some meditation tailor-made for creating sticky habits.
